Participants are encouraged to have the following items- however they are all totally optional:
- Yoga Mat/Blanket : A comfortable and supportive yoga mat/blanket will be your sanctuary for practice. Choose one that resonates with you and provides adequate cushioning for your body.
- Journal and Pen : Delve into self-reflection and capture insights during guided meditations and discussions. Your journal will be your sacred space to record thoughts, intentions, and revelations.
- Comfortable Clothing : Wear loose, breathable clothing that allows for ease of movement and relaxation. Choose attire that makes you feel comfortable and connected to your practice.
- Favorite Crystals or Stones : Infuse your practice with positive energy by bringing your favorite crystals or stones. Whether it's amethyst for relaxation, rose quartz for love, or clear quartz for clarity, these sacred tools can enhance your experience.
- Essential Oils or Incense : Elevate the atmosphere with the aroma of essential oils or incense. Choose scents that promote relaxation, focus, or spiritual connection, such as lavender, sandalwood, or frankincense.
- Water Bottle : Stay hydrated throughout the workshop to support your body and mind. Bring a reusable water bottle filled with refreshing water or your favorite herbal infusion.
