When we work together, we will gleam from this nurturing “grandmother wisdom” which honors tradition while allowing it to be authentic to what feels in alignment with our daily rhythms. We will lean into creating rituals that weave in movement practices, breathwork techniques, daily routines, and recipes. We’ll look to the herbs, flowers, and foods that grow on the land where you find yourself living. For some, that might mean growing a garden of your own. For others, that might mean simply shopping at a local farmers’ market or co-op while sprinkling in healing spices of faraway lands. Most importantly - we will align with the remembering that the healer is within.
