Interested in becoming a certified yoga teacher or deepening your practice? Want to learn about how Ayurveda weaves her wisdom into movement, meditation, and breathwork? Craving authentic connection and communication? Love music, art, nature, cooking, and philosophy? Join Jackie DeConti for the Madre & The Muse 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Wilmington, NC (virtual, in person, and hybrid options are available). This hands-on experiential training encompasses topics including asana sequencing, mudras, mantras, pranayama, meditation, yoga nidra, kids yoga, a Seva project, and various Ayurvedic practices.

Tuition
• This includes the $250 deposit & covers all materials including required books & manual.
• Payment plans are available upon request.
• Early Bird : $2200 (register with deposit by March 2, 2024)
• Regular Rate : $2500

Once your application is received a invoice will be emailed for the $250/deposit to save your spot. Your deposit is non-refundable & non-transferrable.
Space is limited. This training is open to 3 attendees min. and 10 attendees max. to keep things intentionally nourishing.
Get Certified
All Madre & the Muse graduates are eligible to become certified by the Yoga Alliance.
